Whole Food Plant Based Way of Eating

The WFPB community is very intent on health and considers it best to eat whole foods made only from plants. Sometimes the definition includes animal products, as if it is so "plant-based" by % that a little bit of animal products is okay, but other times it will be equivalent to 'healthy vegan'. Dieting requires tons of shopping and cooking, and eating high volume high carbohydrate diets with massive amounts of fiber. Fresh raw fruits and vegetables are encouraged and turned into smoothies.
