Vascular media dysfunction induced granulation tissue repair is the main pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. Myofibroblast Forms Atherosclerotic Plaques. Etiology.
Biography
1. Based on human pathology, cell biology, physics and mathematics, I demonstrated the frame of vascular changes such as atherosclerosis, dissection, aneurysm and stiffening......
2. Vascular media dysfunction induced granulation tissue remodeling is the main mechanism of atherosclerosis. This theory can explain the characteristics, prone sites and non prone sites of human atherosclerosis. While the traditional hypotheses of atherosclerosis lack objective human pathological evidence and can not explain the characteristics of human atherosclerosis……
3. With the theory of vascular simple harmonic motion (SHM) and the theory of vascular media dysfunction, they could interpret the common human vascular phenomena that cannot be explained by the traditional hypotheses: (1). The formation principle of three-layer structure of blood vessels; (2). The formation mechanism of perivascular adipose tissue (vascular "Kuiper belt"); (3). Vascular development, remodeling or degeneration; (4). The formation mechanism of atherosclerosis, stiffening, hemangioma or dissection; (5). The occurrence characteristics of human atherosclerosis, prone sites or non-prone sites; (6). Pathogenesis of vascular chronic total occlusion (CTO); (7). Formation principle of vascular ligament; (8). Fundamentals of transformation among muscle tissue, fibrous connective tissue and adipose tissue; (9). Mechanism of cardiovascular calcification; (10). Causes of neonatal atherosclerosis;(11). Higher hydrostatic pressure (Bigger force) can enhance the remodeling of fibrous connective tissue, while lower hydrostatic pressure (Smaller force ) can "desertification" the existing fibrous connective tissue; (12). Fundamentals for the difference of tissue structure between large elastic arteries and muscular arteries......
4. With the theory of vascular simple harmonic motion (SHM) and the theory of vascular media dysfunction, the mechanism of vascular changes, such as atherosclerosis, aneurysm, stiffening, is completer and more reasonable......
5. The theroy of vascular simple harmonic motion (SHM) and the theory of vascular media dysfunction could provide promising strategies for the etiological treatments of artery diseases......
6. Pathogenesis of essential hypertension / primary hypertension......
7. Hyperlipidemia is the Compensatory Response to the reduced Utilization Rate of Nutrients: Lipids are Not the Culprit...
8. Pathogenesis of Atherosclerosis and Xanthoma in Familial Hypercholesterolemia Patients...
9. Mechanism of Metabolic Syndrome
