Description

The Eastern gorilla is the largest living primate, with a more massive build than the Western gorilla. It includes two subspecies: the Mountain gorilla and the Eastern lowland gorilla. These gorillas have thick fur, which helps them survive in colder mountain environments. They live in structured groups, primarily eating vegetation.
