Abstract:

Background Conventional meta-analyses have shown inconsistent results for eﬃcacy of pharmacological treatments for acute mania. We did a multiple-treatments meta-analysis, which accounted for both direct and indirect comparisons, to assess the eﬀects of all antimanic drugs.
