The Carnivore Diet is a high fat, moderate protein, zero carbohydrate approach to eating where the rules are simple - only animal based products with neglible carbs can be eaten. Two-to-three meals a day, eat when hungry, prioritize fatty meats, no need for organ meats or vitamins or supplements. Expect to be in nutritional ketosis.
